A short Talk on Ānāpānasati (mindfulness of breathing) and five factors of Jhāna. This time with my face.
Whether you are a beginner or have been practicing meditation for some time, this talk offers some insights into mindfulness, concentration, and developing meditative joy.
This is my first talk in front of the camera, perhaps you can advise me what I can do better.
Also, if you would, perhaps you can write in the comments whether you think a talk of this length (around 15/16 minutes) is enough or even preferable over longer talks. I’m also curious if the portrait orientation is ok, or would you suggest to in the future only use landscape orientation?
Your feedback in the comments will help me decide how to continue with future talks.
Wishing you peace and benefit from this reflection.
